Video Capture Pin Settings within Resolume 3

for some reason resolume 3 PC is loading my usb camera in at the default low frame rate. with other programs (such as captureflux) - i can up the frame rate of the camera with the 'capture pin' settings control panel... in resolume 3 i can only access the cameras filter settings (brightness, contrast, etc). anybody know if you can access a USB camera's capture pin settings panel within resolume 3?
