While there's definitely middle-ware that would work (Bomes etc...) I stay away from that kind of solution. In my mind, simpler is better, especially in a performance environment.

Duplicating column keeps thumbnails
Currently, if you have a column with clips with custom thumbnails, the thumbnails change to their default if the column is duplicated. The custom thumbnails should duplicate with the column.

I think the "save" and "manage" items in the envelope menu should be at the top, not at the bottom.
If you already have plenty of saved envelopes, saving new ones involves a lot of unnecessary scrolling, and the experience gets increasingly worse as you save more!
