Does the FPS drop instantly on Resolume open, or does it take some time for it to appear?

Resolume can show the watermark also if you're running a newer release than what your license is eligible to run. Copying over the whole Documents/Resolume Arena folder is recommended. That will copy the shortcuts and advanced output presets also.
Then your composition should be able to load the DMX preset it was saved with.
DMX Preferences might need to be adjusted for the new network card.

No worries, happens to me sometimes too

Changing the name in the composition settings doesn't change the file name you work with.
Use Save As to make a different composition file.

Are you doing "Save As..." or rename the compositon and Save?
