Multiple USB2 TV Cards that ideally send their feed in uncompressed - this should keep your overhead down. PCI TV cards more often than not have shit drivers so go for a name brand if you can afford it.
Also multiple Firewire feeds but DV is an extra burden on the cpu to decode.

I've done some checking on these and besides propreitry drivers for their programs they don't usually have very good VFW or WDM drivers - the 2 versions of winblows capture drivers.
But most importantly they don't actually have 4 DA's - just a switching unit that allows up to 4 inputs to look like ...
