- Renamed 2DScenes module to GLSLShader and significantly improved GLSL functionality

- Improved responsiveness of module text updating
- Added ability to stop and start capture devices in VidCap module
- Fixed bug with editing playlist entry start times
- Fixed bug with out-of-bounds values for Power and Exponent modifiers
- Fixed bug with re-selecting same file in module File chooser
- Fixed bug with playlists not repeating during movie exports
- Fixed bug with auto-arrange not working for some unconnected modules
- Fixed bug with missing ASIO input device buffer sizes on Windows
- Fixed bug with some product keys incorrectly reported as invalid
- Updated MDK API
