If I select the Show Layer transition Controls, or un check the Show Audio Controls - now save my composition. Next time I run my comp. All is reset.

Could you upload your recentLayout.xml? you can find it in Documents/Resolume Arena 6/Preferences
Close resolume, make a backup of this file, then delete/rename the original then restart resolume to see if that fixes this for you.
The layout is not stored with the composition, and should be saved every time you make a change to the item selection in View menu.

Thanks for clearing that out I made all the steps you mentioned. But it did not help. I even changed the file in text edit, without any luck... Where do you want me to upload the file?

strange, it works for me fine with your file as well.

Could you check that when you change a setting in view menu, this recentLayout.xml gets updated?
it should get a new timestamp.
