I'm keen to find out what the best quicktime codec is for resolume [high quality and performance]. At the moment I'm using avi codecs, but am planning to to convert files to quicktime because I want to make some clips available for download, so It would be better If this is a format that could be used on the diferent platforms.

thanks

MJPEG is ideal

It's a spatial codec, not temporal, so all frames are 'keyframes' by default.

Generally use it at about 80% quality

yeah the mjpeg codec seems to be the most popular codec for quicktime these days and it,s working fine. mjpeg is also gaining momentum for the avi files formats allthough you have to buy one from Morgan or Pegasus.
