Mac Studio M2 max Sonoma 14.7.6

Hello,
I've gotten a new computer, Mac Studio M2 Max and started up with Time Machine from my Macbook Pro on which I'm running Resolume on Sonoma 14.2.
Somehow managed to have a newer OS which I didn't want and so I had to retrograde to Sonoma 14.7.6 as I had some issues and wanted to have the same OS on both computers. Before retrograding it seemed that Resolume was working fine even though I just opened it to check.
But then Resolume asked me to update it, which I did inadvertently. Now I didn't understand it meant upgrading as well so I reverted to Resolume 7.6 (I think, 2021 version). But now it won't open anymore, just showing a message asking if I want to reopen... I tried rebooting to no avail.
Can I still use Resolume on that computer? The whole point of the new machine was to have more power for Resolume, but if I have to upgrade as well even though I'm using the same OS version, it's weird...
