Re: A good way to record? Or is my system not up to it?

@edwin neither cpu, ram or diskspace max out

@willcops strange that you cant get a good recording on fraps, i got (not awesome fps but) decent results with fraps on a bit lower specs than you're on... 1280+audio (about 4\5 layers + fx)

As for the current state of things, this is coming along swimmingly. When the new release drops, we'll also be putting out templates for the most common controllers, including the APC40.

Re: Video Filesize Question

its not surprising, to think that way if you see every other video on the web, be it a rip or a yt video, with 2h of film and only weighting a 700mb, but as vjair says its about quality... i learned to live with 4, 15, 120, and 300gb, nowadays we all have at our fingertips a quality disk with teraby...

Re: Functionality which could be useful.

that would be nice aswell, but if instead that function existed for the cue markers , adding a snap button would only improve performance, the markers would fall into place anyway, without trying to remember min:sec:frame for this or that clip and punch it live... it would allow for a more flexible ...

Re: Best way to batch encode to DXV??

maybe i can shed some light on the filesize... i discovered that when using AE if you have a 1080p project, and if you resize it to 720p on the render queue settings it will have a much larger file size than if you scale the project down and leave render queue setting alone... im aware that you're u...
