Hey guys,
i like the new Text Block and Text Animation Source.
As a Graphic Designer I must say it's still very limited and I still need to use PNGs to display text. Here is a list of some basic features within the tool that would make it a bomb:

Re: R4 can't handle 2 identical webcams
Thx fpr the reply. Is working with 2 identical cams a general problem or resolume specific? Especially when u work with mulitple streams you the best result is when u use the same cameras. So, if it's a resolume problem it should be adressed. Anyway the workaround with MagicCamera works so far.

R4 can't handle 2 identical webcams
For a theater setup I use two C920 Logitech webcams (they have a very good quality and almost no delay) with Resolume Arena 4. The program recognizes and shows me 2 webcams of the same type in the sources list but i doesn't matter which I drag in the clip container - I always get the same stream (it ...

Re: Loose webcam after loading comp
I found the problem.
Generally the problem is caused because I use mulitple camera on my laptop. I found out that Resolume (probably bound to my hardware) just can process two live streams with a max resolution of 640x480 simultaneously. Probably is the bottleneck the capacity of the usb controller ...

Re: Adjust Live Feed Resolution
Hey Oaktown, thx for the advice. But this feature is just a scale function - it does not change the stream-resolution of the webcam itself. Nice would be a feature where you can choose the available resolutions of the webcam.

Re: Camera resolution forced to comp size
A workaround for now is: Preparing the comp. Drag the camera on position where you want it. Don't scale the picture of the camera. Then before saving the comp change the resolution ofthe comp to the needed camera output i.eg. 800*600. Then reopen the comp. Now all cameras are forced to the right ...

Camera resolution forced to comp size
A problem for comps with live cams is that they are forced to the resolution of the comp size. I.eg create a compt with a res of 2400*600 and want to use one live feed usb stream on 800*600 it won't work. As soon as I drag the cam into the clip container Resolume forces the cam-resolution to the ...

Adjust Live Feed Resolution
A very heldpul feature would be to set the live feed resolution of the used cams in the comp. Now the resolution will be forced through the comp size. But for example when I start a tripple head comp 2400*600 I don't want the camera forced to a resolution size of 2400*X (that overloads the cam) else ...
