+1 Just chiming in. This is super important. Today we rejected using Resolume for a show for this exact reason.

The second method is the more accurate way to do it for sure. Set your comp size and output to the res of the LED processor (usually 1024x768). Arena: If your content isn't made at that size, you could jam at comp size and take a big centre slice in advanced output and scale it to the LED res and po...

If your comps aren't too demanding, try QT Photo JPG at 75.
I occasionally use that in low res clips where DXV compresses fine lines into oblivion.
