And - I think which is more important - is that it is less vulnurable to damage. Especially when you move your HDD a lot around - FAT32 will damage quite fast..

Yes - a nice site, I've uploaded two clips or so - But I'll be uploading some more if I've got time..
Maybe something to improve:
The links to other clips when a video has ended is nice, but can't you make the clips loop? Because some clips are very short, and you can see how they look in loop...

I always use automator (that comes with mac osx). It uses the last preferences of quicktime, and encodes it with quicktime as well. The only problem with that is - it opens all the movies and then converts them... so my mac can't handle it anymore after a while (and it looks a bit messy).. But I don...

Mac or Pc? I assume pc? Just use a dvd ripper, (for mac: Handbrake, Mac the ripper) and then convert convert the large output file to a file with the size you want (With your favourite encode program (Quicktime Pro, Visualhub). If you want small files, use DivX, but this compression isn't recommende...

Yeah, it would be great, or even decks who automatically update per folder. Because now I found out how to keyword and automatically put files in fodler in MacosX :)

You can use VMware, or other virtual windows software on non-intel macs. The problem with this is that your mac virtualises windows, which makes it deadly slow.
