Someone mentioned they figured out a way to do this:

apparently this screencapture software worked in resolume somehow, but it was a freeware prog that the devs got greedy with and decided to commericalize, there arent any copies of it left that i can find.

Why on earth is there no undo functionality in the advanced output options of Arena? I can't be the only one here who has accidentally scaled an input/output slice wrong only to have to curse and recheck my notes to see where it was previously.

premiere wont recognize dvx codec until you install quicktime, and not the nice alternative version, the big apple bloatware version. also your gpu is too weak to run anything and you might be getting bottleneck on your drive since your running single drive

bitrate is loosely defined as resolution x framerate, and most harddrives are 40-60MB/s when half full, so if you are reading files with bitrates that are close to this amount then you will get stuttering.
