If I use a fX4, Can I run a 1080 comp and just route groups to slices - without blend modes screwing me?

Getting really low frame rate on 4K comp. 2016 MBP Retina touchbar.

I´d like to place some Arena panels on an iPad (clip panel, mainly) or maybe advanced output.

Can´t get it done via Sidecar.
Anyone has experience here? USB-C displays, stuff like this for second control monitor?

Not gonna be too salty here, but if projection mapping "is a must", then maybe it´s worth toiling for the money?
Or just buy a Arena 5 or 6 secondhand. I might have a 5 license you can have for cheap.

If you "wanna get into VJ-ing", there are loads other ways of learning than having the latest and ...

...even better, copy this whole setup into the new TouchOSC editor, which looks amazeballs great. Also, pay for the app and the editor, because it´s a great tool, and Hexler´s been supporting the VJ community forever.

Then, create a nice Res 6/7 setup/template, and share it with the world!

I have a Win10 server with 1 Quadro M4000 and one GTX750Ti.
Monitor is on GTX750 and outputs are on Quadro.
Performance is abysmal, 15fps on videos (DXV3 1920x1200)

Can the dual cards be a problem?

Is there something I can do to config the Quadro card to work better?

Having a bunch of problems with R6 on a Win10 media server with Quadro M4000.

One WUXGA output, one 3840x2160 (datapath fx4)
10 slices of video all in all. Comp size 1920x1200

Dropping fps to 15 when running a movie. One mivie.
All encoded w. Alley.

Any ideas about optimizing the M4000?

No such luck, eh? Client has a machine that has abysmal performance on Arena 6.

My experience with the smaller Pana lasers is the same as Oaktown´s
They kick out so much deep, rich colour along with superb brightness, that I´m in love. Never tested bigger than RZ970 10K, though.
