Hi there! I'm pretty new to sending DMX signals to lights, so this might be a really basic question. Setting up DMX lights is hard enough, but I can't even get the fixture to show anything in the output. I've selected the 'input source' (both specific layers and the whole composition), but the outpu...
Thank you for the reply @tijn! An iphone could be the best option here. The Obsbot camera is not wireless, as far as i can tell. Google searches for "wireless webcam" yields many results, but if you look at the specs for each camera, all that I've seen are connected models. Some surveillan...
Hi there! I'm looking to get live video via Bluetooth or wifi to a Mac. I'm looking for something that shows up as a video input on the Mac, and thus available to use in Resolume. Video quality is not a priority, although it would be good to have 25+ fps. Bonus points if it's cheap. I've looked into...
Hmm.... now I'm confused. I've tried setting the layer blend mode to 'displace' and that doesn't work either. So which combination of layer blend modes and clip blend modes do I need to select to make 'displace' work when the clip is set to 100%? Or perhaps I'm misunderstanding something, and a clip...
Ah, that's too bad. It would've been more flexible if I could make a single clip have a particular blend mode, instead of needing to make the entire layer have that blend mode.
But thank you for the info – I learned something today!
@zoltan – I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
The displace effect is on top (in order to affect the layers below it). In the example in my image, the "base layer" is on layer 1, while the "displace layer" (which has to be set to 25% to work) is on layer 2.
Hello! I'm trying to use the new 'attribute' flow to dynamically change the number of instances of an object. But I can't find a way to connect 'size' to anything that animates. Am I misunderstanding something, or is it just not meant to be possible to change 'size' dynamically? I tried using an 'in...
Hi there! I thought I'd ask about something that has puzzled me for a while. Whenever I use the displace blend mode on a layer, it only has an effect on the layer beneath it if I set it to about 25% visibility. Anything above that, and the 'blend mode layer' works just like 'add' – it just appears o...
