Was finally able to have time to downgrade to 6.1.3 and everything seems to be back to the way it was before 6.1.4. Pretty solid 60fps with no clips and around 40fps with 20 clips playing.

The eNodes are able to receive from a primary and secondary source on each output. Resolume is sending Artnet in subnets 1-8 as the primary and MA2 is sending Artnet subnet 0 Universe 15 as the secondary for all of the tape. The eNode then merges them HTP.
