No, the console receives directly from the timecore.
I can see the clock on the timecore counting continuously too. So the issue is somewhere from the rocusrite to resolume.

I should have mentioned that the lighting console, receiving from the same sender is receiving a continuous signal at all times.

I have recently discovered an issue with my SMPTE input from showkontrol that I have never experienced before.
My workflow is:
