I've followed the steps in the linked article from Apple but there are no buttons to disable privacy indicators in my settings, only a list of applications allowed to use my microphone/camera. Anyone else having this problem? I really need to get rid of the orange dot.

That's all fine but I still don't really understand why I can't then map a property to the dashboard. In my opinion, anything that can be MIDI mapped should be mappable to the dashboard. I have a question:

I have a clip set to end at a certain endpoint.
Using autopilot, I instruct the layer to move onto the next clip after 1 loop.
However, I have a transition time of 1 sec set on the layer.
Instead of blending the end of clip 1 and the beginning of clip 2, it blends from ...

That was my initial idea but the thing is layer opacity and clip opacity don't behave in the same way (see: viewtopic.php?t=19588)

Ok, that is interesting!

I'm running an M1 MacBook and I've definitely had the FPS crash down to ~10 in a nine-layer composition when applying fx liberally and outputting 2x HD.

I'll give added layers a shot but am also very open to any other suggestions!
