Suggestion for General Chat
I noticed that this general chat board is not used very much. I would like to suggest that the posts be listed in reverse chronological order, with the latest post being at the beginning of the list, and not at the end. Is this possible? By having the latest post at the end, users have to click and ...

Re: Text in Resolume
Unfortunately Flash is the only way to bring text into Resolume unless you create a graphic file with the text.

Re: Moving Resolume Projects
The only way to save a project is through the "save as" dialog which will put the project file into the Documents folder, but once you have done this you can copy or move the file anywhere you want. To open a file that is in a different directory you have to select Composition-open, and then ...

Re: Please explain audio
I have sent you four files. They are all exactly the same length and the same tempo (99.710). When I take them into Avenue 4.0 they are all analyzed as being slightly different tempos. One of them is analyzed as being 79.916. I have tried to set the tempo in Avenue for each clip to 99.710 but they ...

Re: Thumbnails for DXV files in Windows 7
If you open the folder with Adobe Bridge that comes with Photoshop you can see the thumbnails. The other option is to enable thumbnails in the Avenue browser.

Re: Please explain audio
I finally was able to make the loops play together, but I had to go through a long series of steps:
1. Take my acid loops into Sony Acid.
2. Set the tempo (e.g. 120)
3. Render out each audio clip for one or two bars.
4. Bring them into Resolume
5. Change the tempo of each audio clip to 120 (since it ...

Re: Smooth playback - what am I missing?
You might try going to the control panel, selecting "system configuration" and then selecting "diagnostic startup". You then have to restart the computer. This disables many unnecessary processes and on my computer makes resolume run smoother. The only problem is that you can't use the Audio in ...

Re: Please explain audio
Given the zero response, it makes me wonder if anyone is using this feature. Does anyone know where I can get this information? The manual is useless.

Please explain audio
I have spent many hours trying to figure out how to use Avenue to synchronize audio loops with no success. Even when I use loops for Acid that are in the same tempo and length, they rarely loop together and soon go out of sync. Can someone please explain what you need to do to make loops that play ...
