any update on this issue?

has anyone else come across this problem?

yeah first the video output freezes (stops and stuck on a frame). resolume looks responsive (menus light up etc.) but then when you try and click on anything resolume will completely freeze . after this its a full CRASH... program not responding... end now.

when i set any clip to play once (as opposed to loop) and the timeline is shortened, resolume will freeze up after a while during playback. the more clips using play once, the sooner it freezes. i have made resolume consistently freeze when doing this (tested on 2 separate computers as well)

Why isn't there a keyboard shortcut to Edit composition midi map?

CTRL - SHIFT - M is edit application midi map, but there's none for composition midi map (CRTL - M anyone?)

anyway to change this?

Ok so as mentioned, there is an issue with sending midi clock (sync) data with EthernetMidi.

I've had a look at the source code (available on the website) and found this in the midiIO file.

I think resolume has issues with syncing via midi. it always has severe jitter on my computers. pretty sure this is an issue with resolume. you could possibly sync (slave) both ableton and resolume to an external clock source

Ive been trying to get midi over lan working to get two pc laptops to talk to each other.(one ableton, one resolume)

I found this free program to transmit midi over a lan connection called EthernetMidi

Here is the easiest way to get Resolume working on a Vista system:

Dual-Boot Vista and XP. Run resolume on XP.

Or better yet, uninstall vista completely.
