Re: fold/unfold effects via OSC
Basically our approach to OSC is that on a feedback enabled 3rd party control surface, there is no reason to look at the Res interface at all. That's why you're making the 3rd party interface after all.
Interesting perspective, but I disagree (at least for OSC and MIDI). For me MIDI and OSC ...

Re: fold/unfold effects via OSC
Thanks for clarification Joris. I thought I once was able to fold unfold something via OSC, maybe the Audio/Video section?, maybe I'm just wrong.

The future of OSC in Resolume
I'm just wondering if it's possible to fold / unfold effects in the Resolume interface using OSC. Like what happens when you press this little triangle next to the effect's name.
some command like: /composition/video/effect4/folded ?

Wide Clip Window does not disappear (bug)
1) Open a new composition
2) Add any video clip to an empty deck
3) start the clip (in preview or trigger it to play)
4) click on the little magnification icon to show the "wide clip window"
5) trigger another empty slot (preview or play)
the wide clip window goes black, but does not disappear. And ...

Re: Rename Column Tabs
easy or not, isn't the question WHAT to code?
For me this raises further questions. Should the layer name and the column name (which are somehow similar/related) be part of a deck or rather a composition? I could imagine that depending on the situation both makes sense.

Re: advanced OSC out
Clip names are actually already being sent.
You are right, however I was asking to send the GIVEN names of a clip. Sometimes I change the name according to applied effects, or just imagine "Effect Clip" or "Source". Right now I see no way to uniquely identify such clips in Lemur.

Re: BPM sync strobe
you could also put an instance of FrMultiStrobe to the composition. If I understood you correctly, it should be possible to achieve the same output.

Re: DXV profiles
How is it different from DXV (besides Mac only and open source)? Will there be native support for Hap in Resolume (would it make sense?), or a DXV HQ profile, both?ReggieUnderground wrote:The VDMX guys released a new codec called Hap today.
