A scrim is definitely the way to go... http://www.studio-productions-inc.com/set_home.html For a cheaper and not quite transparent method, you can always look at plastic Mylar. Just be aware that it's not the best for an outdoor event ;) The wind will get you every time. heh ;)

If you want the least hassle get a MacBook Pro, they run osx AND windows and we develop Resolume 2 and 3 on these machines and they run just fine. If you're looking for a pc, make sure the GPU has dedicated VRAM, not shared with the RAM, we prefer ATI because with the excellent Omega drivers you ca...

Excellent. Considering some packages are in a perpetual beta (windows *cough*) don't be afraid to use us as external testers :) I've done years of QA for companies.
