Re: random glitch

Looks related to viewtopic.php?t=22600, for some users it helped to set the power management mode to "Prefer Maximum Performance" in Nvidia settings, there is also an older driver version mentioned in that thread that seems to fix the problem for most users.

Re: Texture nodes breaking instancing?

Yes the transform-node not switching back to shape-mode is not expected behaviour, thanks for reporting that. This should be fixed in one of the next updates. In the meantime I noticed it seems to only break if you feed a single float into the translation-inlet (which expects a float2 but can automa...

Re: Wire, is it pointless?

As Arvol pointed out, there is a big difference between having many texture vs many shapes vs many meshes. Textures are least performant, shapes are much better and meshes are usually the fastest if having many instances. Here is an example that should show better performance by simply adding a 'Sha...

Re: Dot Orange MacOs Monterey

Have you tried this one?

Worked fine for me on Ventura and Monterey.

Re: Output flickering

Have you checked the option for "Power Management mode" in Nvidia settings?

If not, try to set it to "Prefer maximum performance", this helped in some cases with those glitches:

Re: Fading out a loop?

Don't know the correct way to write OSC commands in Chataigne, but the correct command would be /composition/layers/1/transition/duration 0.5 so the address is /composition/layers/1/transition/duration and then you need to add one argument with float-type and the value 0.5 As example in Wire this wo...

Re: Fading out a loop?

Try sending 0.5

The transition duration expects a float between 0.0 and 1.0, which reflects the range from 0-10 seconds:

Re: Bolt on shutter for projectors?

I always had good experience with Blackys:

(homepage seems to be in German though)

More professional projecors usually also have a built-in shutter that can be controlled via ethernet.
