I found out about this bug, i had the same thing as you. I wouldn't know how to prevent this from happening. I would say that you just set the dv cam to recording so that it won't go into standy.

the .fff file is used for storing the array of images (paths) that is used in a deck. This is a bit of a hack. In the future it will be merged to one file.
So these fff files have nothing todo with the other .fff files that store the overal preferences of resolume.
suggestion 1: the operating system is the problem not the videocard! but what you can do is buy a cheap pci card so you have two videocards. The pci card can be used for the main-interface and the fast card would handle the output. Search the discussion and maybe Vjforums how you could set this up. ...
