Those 300's are less than ideal lol. A single 660 should get you what you're after.

If you want to run external audio, then you will need an audio loopback device for your machine (free versions are out there) and then use "External FFT" to animate your visuals.
What LED controller are you using? Most controllers can push 2.6 million pixels per controller. a 1080p raster is only 2.1 million, so you should be able to do an entire 1080p raster off of a single LED controller.
Why not combine ALL of your LED screens onto a single raster? This is something I do all the time. It isn't out of the question to have 6-20 slices on a single raster.
I have yet to find ANY other software team that has MORE user interaction than Resolume does. I'd love you to try this out with Adobe, GrandMA, Vectorworks. 100% a problem with TB3 lol. IDK if Mac is any better with utilizing all of those ports, but I believe AMD is hard capped at 6 total display outs. My Windows machines can use TB3 but it's about a 35-40% chance that TB3 works the way it was advertised on my adapters, I try to avoid it like the plague...
