1) MIDIOX should be running to link the MIDI device to the MIDI Yoke port
2) Set the Entrancer to its Audio mode if you don't want to effect the video (though it can be cool to change the Resolume and Entrancer effect at once).

Motion JPEG works pretty well. If you use a relatively high compression setting (for example 15 in PicVideo) the bitrate is quite low, and takes a lot of stress of the hard drive.

Problem solved, partially. The problem was that when you touch the pad, it sends an X and a Y signal - ie the controller assigned to X sends its position, then the Y controller sends its position.
