When you set clip connect to a custom address, it actually sends the values for Connected state.
These values would be int 0-4
0: empty slot, you get this when you (re)move a clip
1: disconnected, not previewed
2: disconnected, previewed
3: connected, not previewed
4: connected, previewed

Setting the name of a clip is possible via sending a string to /composition/layers/1/clips/2/name address.

When you pick up the guitar, the light reflections of it bounce on your green screen. The easiest fix would be to increase the hue threshold in the Chroma Key. Resolume should seek to the TC position (-offset) in the clip, and display the frame that's at that time position.
Make sure you use DXV encoded video files.

Is your group or composition speed set to be 0 by any chance? You can reset them to default by right clicking on them.

You'd set the clip's BPM to the same as you have set your composition's tempo.
