So to answer your question, you would need 5.1 for win2k and 5.2 for windows xp, or 5.2 for both, but I don't know if 5.2 installs on win2k. upgrade your working machine ;)

Ok, did some testing on the Sheervideo codec. First of all it's based on Quicktime technology, and so makes .mov's File size of one of our clips: indeo 5.2 - 900kb sheervideo 2.2.3 with 8bit alpha - 17mb!! There are like 6 diff. sheervideo codecs avail. Have to find out their differences yet, only 2...

Sometimes in 2.1 the slider won't drag all the way, or you have to release, and re-drag, using the mouse, restarting seems to fix it, when this happens you can't open the drive pulldown-menu either with the mouse. does works with keyboard. With an onboard vid-card, well it should work in extended desktop mode, but onboard cards are rather crappy.

Try indeo 5.2 they are rock solid steady in our configuration. Never heard of the satsuki codecs pack, some reading tells me that it's only a decoder pack. You only use existing movies?
