Re: Increase audio FFT gain & multiple external audio inputs

Hi Tom, thanks for joining the discussion ;) An EQ VST on the clip does for sure the trick for FFT, it's also possible to just increase the audio clip volume. The problem is, that such changes are of course reflected in the audio signal sent to the master output of Resolume - and this should not hap...

Increase audio FFT gain & multiple external audio inputs

In the past days I was experimenting with Resolume and AV clips and parameters controlled via clip's audio. Now there are some audio clips, which have quite a low volume, so when the audio mixer (at layer level) is set to 100%, the audio element has the right volume (not too loud). The problem is, t...

Re: Mac or Windows

Hi kingafro, What are your requirements? What do you want to do? I just want to point out, that the final decision might depend on your expectations and plans. For example on the Mac you get Syphon support and Quartz Composer integration. On the other hand on Windows you get more performance for the...

funny dashboard knob behaviour

some of my dashboard knobs seem to go crazy (toggle) when 'invert' is checked. 1) open a new composition 2) drag the Add Subtract video FX to an empty clip slot (there should be enough of them) 3) unfold the dashboard knobs in the effect clip's tab 4) connect one parameter of the FX (e.g. 'R') to Li...

Re: copy Clip Properties

I think it's not possible to copy clip properties in Resolume. But you could try the same approach mentioned here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9841

Re: Free Update: Resolume 4.1.2 The Empire Strikes Bug

Hey Joris, of course, I can and will re-setup my config - as I did every time since Resolume 3.0.0. And nonetheless I'm happy about every new update. Really! The reason for my initial request was, that I could not believe that I'm the only one who is annoyed with this little issue - at least all the...

Re: Free Update: Resolume 4.1.2 The Empire Strikes Bug

Thanks for the update! [FIXED] Update FFGL and VST plugin folder locations after update It replaces the whole old config (4 custom plugin locations) with one new pointing to the Resolume defaults. Please don't wipe out the pointers to my other FFGLs when updating! PLEASE! Why not store FX somewhere ...

Re: seperate timeline (in/out) for audio and video in av cli

So it's not a definite no but it's worth figuring out what it is you actually need, two independent timelines doesn't sound like a proper plan though. Great Edwin, thanks for joining this thread! Then let's start to figure out... I would like to be able to: adjust the in and out points of the audio...

Re: seperate timeline (in/out) for audio and video in av cli

Thanks for sharing your thought on this, Joris and leolodreamland! As I just returned from vacation, my reply is a bit delayed, so please don't take this as an indicator for (un)importance of this issue. Also: I had to download 4.1.2 before! when will the autopilot trigger for a clip like this Let's...
