Deteccion de pantallas / Screen detection

Post by vjfraan »

Espero puedan ayudarme.

Muchas gracias. Franco.

Good morning friends , I apologize for my bad English management step by detailing my problem in English and Spanish to see if they can help .

I have a new notebook with dual video card

2GB dedicated NVIDIA GeForce 920m

I have installed 4.5.1 resolume arena , also the last 2 5.0.0 and 5.0.1 , the problem is these last two , in my opinion not detected and the built-in notebook screen, connect any of the video outputs and windows detects everything correctly, resolume not show me anything. attached screenshot.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you. Frank.

Hi, Frank is a friend of mine, let's see if we can clear out this a little bit.

Notebook:
MSI CX612QC
GrphCards:
-Intel HD 4600 de 1 gb
-NVIDIA GeForce 920m 2gb

R5.0.0 and 5.0.1 can't load screensetup.dll (symptom: no screen detected in output menue, can't load advanced module)
Try'ed several drivers for booth graphics cards.
Same failure on Win 8, 8.1 and 10.
Using vga or hdmi indistinct.

Any clue to avoid this strange behaviour?

Hello, i'm having the same problem and yet without resolution.

I use two nvidia geforce gtx 980 on sli with win 10, as Joris ask me, we have disconnected one so us to check any compatibiity problem. We still have the same problem.

Tell if you have any clue on this.

Thanks

If you've been installing multiple versions of your GPU you may have some leftover files that create conflicts so try using Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove all your GPU driver then reinsall the last commercially released version.

the notebook is newly formatted as it was testing different operating systems and the problem
(win 7, 8, 8.1, 10). no conflicts with drivers.
