Multiple Midi Controller

Post by Kadete »

Hey awesome people!

I'm trying to configure 2 MIDI controllers at the same time (APC MK2 + CMC-PD).
There's (obsviously) a mapping conflict, so i'm asking if theres a way to have one of the controllers with the key mapping different from another?

Regards

Why don't you put one midi controller on midi channel 1 and the other on midi channel 2 ?
This way you can use both without conflicts or need to use a midi to keystroke app.

Depending on your OS there's different midi-routing software you can use for routing commands from one controller to another midi channel.
If your midi controller doesn't have a build in function for changing channel that is...

Bomes is a cheap and easy way to handle this.
