Hi everyone,
I want to control LED strips in arena 5 with Enttec DMX USE Pro. But my arena 5 can't found the device. However, my arena 4 on mac can found the device and my arena 5 on pc is work fine. Did I miss any step? thx.

Arena version: 5.1.3
Enttec DMX USE Pro Driver: 2.3

If you want to use the Enttec USB boxes on the latest Resolume, you will need to update to OSX 10.11 or above.
If you want to stay on OSX 10.8, the highest Resolume version you can use is 5.0.1 (available from our download page).

ENTTEC usb units are super sensitive to firmware updates and really have to be used in conjuncture with the latest of everything. their own firmware, software they're used with as well as system updates.
get the ODE or ethergate which are more reliable and use the industry standard dmx over ethernet protocols (like sACN and ArtNet). they're basically the ethernet versions of the pro and mk2 (with one and two universes of data over physical 5pin dmx)
