Not exactly.
But you can create a duplicate of the shortcut on the parameter and set a specific value to it.
This specific value can be the parameter's default, or anything the parameter supports.
Right click on the parameter you would like to set a value shortcut, this shows a contextual menu, click on create note shortcut, push your midi button, then set the shortcut's mode to Value, and set the value you'd like to have it set to the slider.
