Are you able to post links?

So, I've been trying to completely get rid of spam. One of the things I'm now trying to do is make sure new users can't post links.

But some of you regular users are saying you can't post links at all anymore, but I've also seen some posts that do have links.

If you can't post links, what error message are you getting when you try?
