Hey i’m thinking about buying a PC to use mostly for gaming, Resolume Aveunue, and OBS. Should i go with any kind of gaming computer or are there any particular computer parts (like video card, processor, etc) or computer resources (gpu, cpu,..) that Resolume needs or uses a lot of? Or types of PC's that Resolume works best with? I’m planning to use a lot of effects, layers and several live webcam feeds in Resolume and route it to OBS. Thanks.
Consider your webcams, do you need something with lots of USB ports, or something with thunderbolt so you can easily add SDI capture cards? Or if a desktop machine are you thinking PCI capture cards? While considering this don’t forget to check how many lanes the mb has... lots to consider!
