Notes should be per deck

I use decks per song, it would be nice for notes to be per deck, so you can add song structures, or lyrics in there, or just notes of what to do when, per song. I can't find a use for notes as a global thing, apart from set list, and that I make out of my decks anyway and have a paper copy!
