Display order changes at every reboot (RTX 5090, 2x 8K + 1x 1080p)

I’m experiencing an issue with display enumeration order.
My setup:
1x 1080p control monitor (HDMI)
2x 8K matrices (DisplayPort, BTSX8K60D-104Pro)
----Each 8K is split into 4×4K
----Each 4K is further split into 16×1080p via additional matrices

On every reboot, the RTX 5090 enumerates the three outputs in a different order. As a result, the Primary display and output assignments change randomly.

In Windows Display Settings and in the NVIDIA Control Panel, the layout appears correct.

However, Resolume seems to rely on the actual GPU output order (DXGI enumeration), not on Windows’ visual numbering (1–2–3). Because of this, outputs get swapped after reboot, and sometimes the 1080p control monitor is treated as an output screen.

Is there a way to make Resolume strictly follow the Windows display layout?
Or a way to bind outputs to a specific physical display rather than to the GPU enumeration order?
