When does 3.0 come out?

when does this come out? and also when does 2.4 come out? im not sure if i should buy 2.3 now or wait till 4 or even wait till 3.0

any ideas? i love the programme dont get me wrong i just dont know what will be best! thanks

we have just release version 2.41, version 3 is going to take a long time as we have some exciting new features planned, we will release updates in the meantime though
