Ipad2 video out into resolume

Hi all,

I'm planning on using the ipad2 as a tool for av performance / live drawing etc. Has anyone had experience of outputting content from the iPad live into resolume.... I've read lots of posts with solutions such as the matrox mXo2 to input video signal into resolume, but was wondering if anyone was aware of something cheaper? A reverse version of the air display, that supported video would be good!

Any help on my first ever post would be ace!

i think a wireless solution won't work with drivers out of the box
with tv out instead of vga you can get the signal in your device by a cheaper tv capture card (hope there is still support for tv out on ipad2)

I take my iPad2 out to video, then back in to Resolume via a video-to-FireWire converter.

It can also be 3-stepped... iPad to VGA, VGA to video, video to Firewire(or USB I imagine.)

there are also hdmi grabbers and hdmi-cables for ipad
maybe also a solution
