Enttec USB

HI. When I select my Enttec OpenDMX USB (A901CWuH) in Resolume DMX Preset, the fps go immediately down to 0.21. When I unplug it, the fps go back to normal. Any suggestions?

Resolume does not support the Enttec OpenDMX USB.
