Keyframing. Is it possible?

I have 2 layer in column.
1st layer - sample clip
2nd layer - solid color

The question is:
How overlay solid color over sample clip ONLY last 5 seconds?

Is it possible with opacity\alpha keyframing of solid color?

how to do it?
