Resolume into AE quick screen glitch on playback

Hello! I am making a video and have done almost all of it in Resolume. When I upload the video into After Effects, the playback is cutting in and out for a split second and it does it spaced out multiple times. A couple times the video also seemed to lag a bit when I try to edit any Resolume footage in AE also. Do we know what may cause this issue? I'm suspecting it has something to do with the FPS but its out of my small realm of knowledge in the area. Any help would be much appreciated as I am up against a deadline for this job.
