PTZ control off by default

PTZ control off by default

Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the default option for NDI PTZ sources was to have control off by default.

A big advantage of NDI is sharing cameras, but having then move to default position when adding as a source is frustrating, for other users and yourself.
You need to preview to be able to turn it off and previewing triggers its settings.
