spout should not cause any network traffic. It's about texture sharing on the same machine directly on the GPU. So even only little performance loss.

Oh sweet, ill look into this route thank you.

As for when or if this gets resolved, should i just check back here or keep a eye on the new patch notes?

Release note should mention these kinds of fixed indeed.

Just bought a 4k60S+ USB version and it does the same thing with resolume. Green Screen with static on the top. Works in OBS and native Elgato capture software. Just seeing if there is a fix or if the OBS spout is the best work around?
