Envelop loses manual entering

When working on envelopes I often lose the ability to enter values manually after I change a clip and go back.
I.e. I'm working on an envelope on clip A. Trigger Clip B, go back to Clip A and Boom, no possibility to enter a value. Only after I minimize and maximize the envelope this gets back. Since minimizing and then maximizing alters the view I'm constantly at a loss (me being a bit autistic) at what envelope I was working with.

Here I'm busy "doing" my envelope.
I switch clip and go back

And this happens, Manual entering gone.

This seriously disturbs my workflow I'm afraid.

This looks like a bug to me. Please advise,

Yes, we fixed this and it will be in the next 7.16 release.
