Syncing Multiple Outputs that are Converted Differently

Post by Bryson Greyser »

Hi, I'm running Resolume and need to send 4x HD SDI outputs that are completely in sync, but only have 1x HDMI 2.1 and 3x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A outputs on my device. Is Resolume capable of adjusting the delay on screens independently if there are differences in delay between the USB 3.2 feeds and the HDMI 2.1 feeds because they'll require different forms of conversion? Or should I be looking for a piece of hardware that would sync my SDI feeds after they've been converted?

Get a Datapath FX4-SDI and all you will need is a single HDMI output. Alternatively you might look into the AJA Corvid line of PCIe cards to get you the same result. The AJA HA5-4K is similar to the FX4 but lacks most of the features that make the FX4 so rock solid.
