Hello,

I have two requests related to the inclusion of a Capture/Playback device within the monitor area:

Please add a "Capture Device" option to the monitor input selections. This addition would greatly enhance my ability to create a custom Multiviewer without unnecessary layers.

Additionally, it would be fantastic if we could have the option to output the monitor to a playback device, such as the Blackmagic Duo 2 with SDI outputs.

Just create a group for your multiviewer with as many layers as you need, then collapse that group. Having the sources built into the preview monitor would use the same amount of resources. I doubt the dev's will prioritize this one as there are a lot of other features that need developed first. This would be your best solution for now.
