Enabling Vertical sync

Hi all,
I have a Quadro A4000 gpu
I don't know how to enable Vertical sync

Can you please explain how to enable it ?

Another question about Horizontal sync
The LED display is sliced Horizontally over 2x Hdmi Cables
Do i need to enable Horizontal sync too? And where can i do it ?

It's in the nvidia control panel.
