Datapath capture card BAD stuttering

Trying to use a datapath vision card with 2x DVI inputs.
When using the datapath test and configure software, everything is perfect.
When using hippotizer (demo) software, all is perfect.

In resolume (all of this is same machine). One of the sources is smooth, ish. Possible minor hickups every so often.
2nd input is just a juddering mess.

Any suggestions?

fixed.
Was inserted in a pciex1 slot when thought was a x4.
Just moved the card on the board.
Whats interesting is I still don't get why hippo and visionwindow were smooth and not resolume....
Either way, don't care. Solution found.
