Are you running your clips in BPM Sync, SMPTE or Timeline mode? Best results for A/V will be Timeline at speed 1. The

Also check your audio settings under preferences and adjust the buffering which might be set too low.

I also facing this problem actually with all DXV videos (Timeline) and got about 20+ columns and 1 layers only. I was doing output-ing graphics video without audio. This Low Memory issues cause me when running a show I forced to restart the Arena to solved.
